Find the Vacation of a Lifetime

Charter a 44 ft Power Catamaran in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and discover the vacation you have been wanting all your life. Explore various islands all within an hour of each other while cruising the beautiful waters of BVI. You can even stop and Snorkel along the way to see a ship wreck, beautiful fish, turtles, colorful corral, and much more.

Things to Pack

Shoes – Easy on easy off, non marking soles, and comfortable.

Swim Suits- for a 7 day charter, at least 2 swim suit, plus a cover up for women and a t-shirt for men.

Long sleeved boating shirt- at least one of these is useful to keep you from getting too much sun when it gets a little chilly at night.

Dinner Atire- A couple of outfits that are nice looking, cool, and easy to get in and out of a dingy while waearing. Nothing fancy is required and most places you can dine without wearing shoes if you prefer.

Hiking- there are some place where you can hike on an island and flip flops are not recommended for those. Especially if there are any rocks to climb over.

Sunscreen and Insect Repellent- We have found that it is better to purchase these once we arrive so that it doesn’t have to be a 3oz bottle, we are sure it is reef safe, and can be found just about anywhere. I have seen where people prefer the insect repellent wipes that way if you are going to dinner, you don’t have to have it all over you unless you need it.

Small Backpack- this comes in handy while going to explore different areas. You can carry your water, insect repellent, sunscreen, eyeglasses, wallet, etc.

And of course…Your Passport and a Credit Card. Atm’s are available in various places.

Do I need a Captain?

You will need certificates and experience to be able to bareboat (operate the boat without a captain). Even with the proper paperwork and experience, Marine Max will need to assess your skills to make the decision. If you need a captain, we have recommendations for you. Give us a call.
